The Chairman provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Ongar Juniors Football Club. He represents the club externally, supports committee members, and helps guide long-term planning to ensure the club remains sustainable, inclusive, and focused on the holistic development of young players.

The Fixtures Secretary is responsible for organising and coordinating all league and friendly fixtures across the club. Lee liaises with leagues, opposition clubs, and team managers to ensure matches are arranged, confirmed, and communicated clearly. This role is vital to ensuring teams have appropriate, well-managed playing opportunities that support player development and enjoyment throughout the season.

The Child Welfare Officer is responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children at Ongar Juniors Football Club. Kate ensures the club complies with FA safeguarding policies and procedures and acts as the first point of contact for any welfare or safeguarding concerns. She supports players, parents, and coaches in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels respected, listened to, and able to enjoy football.
